see MBBS is a really hard course to study and this is the longest bachelor course. so it is better for you to join good colleges rather than thinking about gees structure because if you study some moderate colleges you may find difficulties in coming future to make yourself established.
however in Karnataka, Tamil nadu has some old private institutions which are really good.
