Hello aspirant.
IIT Joint Admission Test is conducted for admission in Masters of Science (M.Sc.) every year.
The candidates holding valid bachelor's degree are eligible for IIT JAM .
Candidates from General or OBC category should score minimum 55% or 5.5/10 in  the last exam .
For candidates belonging to SC/ST category, minimum score should be 50% or 5/10 in the last exam.

Candidates appearing for IIT JAM must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum percentage of 55 without rounding off or 5.5 out of 10 , which also includes all the subjects even the languages mark much be included in the percentage , there are few compulsary subject for few courses you select.
