A B. Sc. (Hons) in comparison to B. Sc. is looked upon as an extraordinary course as it has a much more focusses approach and it is dificult to get admission to these courses which means that only meritorious and skilled are able to secure admission into it and get through it.

Employers also consider students with a B. Sc. (Hons) as these students undergo rigorous training in the subject of their specialization and are thus considered to have better knowledge and skills as compared to those with a B. Sc. 

All the above reasons make B. Sc. (Hons) more desirable than B. Sc. and thus i would suggest you to go with the same.
