So i assuming that you want to know the options after clearing GATE and having done and M.Sc in mathematics.
The various options you will have is that you can go for Ph.D in mathematics in IITs, IISERs, IISc, IMSc, HRI using GATE score.GATE score can also be used to get in government organizations like DRDO, ISRO for various scientist positions but the seats are very limited for Mathematics background people.
