Hi,

The best course for M.Sc. is Organic Chemistry as per your interest. After qualifying the post graduation you can apply for the CSIR NET exam and the best subject to appear with is Chemical Science for the exam.

To apply for the exam you have to score minimum 55% aggregate marks in the masters. The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) conducts the NET exam on the bi-yearly basis for those who want to make their career in Research and Lectureship field.

To apply for the CSIR NET JRF Exam candidate’s maximum age should be 28 years. SC/ST/OBC/PWD/female applicants have up to 5 years relaxation in age criteria. For Assistant Professor, there is no upper age limit to apply.

Go for Organic chemistry. It is booming and trending since few years now. You should consider doin Msc in Organic chemistry. Start your preparation for CSIR/UGC NET alongside your Master's degree.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
