You can choose any stream as per your interests. Aspirants from all the streams are eligible to apply for CAT. But you must have maths as one of your subjects.

Rest the choice of depends on your personal choice because the CAT exam has four sections namely quantitative aptitude (maths), Logical reasoning and data interpretation ( you need some maths in this as well), verbal ability ( English) and general awareness.

CAT is an exam for doing master's in business Administration. So, you should ideally choose commerce as your main stream consisting business/entrepreneurship, Accounting, economics and maths(optional). You can go for any other subjects as well but commerce will help in clearing the basics and help you in preparation of entrance.
