This completely depends on your field or domain of interest that which subject from physics, chemistry, maths, zoology , botany you find easy to score well. See, if you are confused than have a look at your 12th scores, and the subject in which you are getting highest marks would be great and easy for you.

Otherwise, as per my opinion, B.Sc. Chemistry is easier to score good marks.

Choice is yours.....
