Both courses are good it all depends on your interests but if you get admission in government colleges then you can opt anyone of them as both are different fields, as bsc agriculture is now growing very fast in India this field is never runs out of job opportunities while btech is so common nowadays that there are ample of colleges that hampers job opportunities so I will suggest you to opt bsc agriculture if you get it in reputed college.
