To that I would Say that neet pg is definitely more difficult exam to crack, considering the fact that neet pg is a competition amongst doctors who have already performed well and proved their Worth in the ug exam already.

In ug exam the syllabus is very little as compared to neet pg .Also since the questions are ncert based the dept of the content is also not very much whereas the topics in neet pg are too vast .

Not just candidates and syllabus another point that makes the exam more complicated is the less number seats as compared to neet ug.

Well both the examination are equally  tough and important  at their own place .
Because at the time of NEET  ug  preparation we all faces lot of  hardship during  that time. Only then we will able to get our respective  Medical course. Where as once we completed our graduation then we  go for the NEET pg exam which is  again a big challenge for Medical students because  if we compare these exam then the big difference is  only that in NEET ug  no. Seat in both government and private sector are more but this is not same for the NEET pg as here no. Of seats are very very limited in particular state.
But in today's world  master degree  is  very much important to become a  complete as well as  specialized  doctor.
Thankyou  !

Hello dear
Neet pg is way more tougher than Neet ug.
Competition for NEET-PG is getting harder over time. It is  estimated that the number of doctors taking the NEET-PG to grow to about 140,000 doctors in 2019. Only the top 5,000 of these will get a clinical seat, which is a small number, about 4% of doctors taking the test.
thankyou
