Hey Hemant, In Haryana almost all the good government college like NIT, Kurukshetra, Deenbandhu Choturam University of Science and technology and YMCA University of Science and Technology(Its name has been changed to Jagdish Chandra Bose University of Science and technology) are given on the bass of rank secured in Jee mains.
While You can apply for NIT, kurukshetra through JoSaa counselling only, other government colleges in hayana come under a separate counselling for  Haryana Government colleges.
