maha cet exam is basically based on maharastra board 12th course, you may follow ncert also, however you need to practice a lot of mcq questions. you may follow arihant books for mcq practice.

question will mostly come from 12th syllabus, almost 60% questions is from 12th syllabus. so study accordingly.
