If you have interest in both the streams then you should choose the field you have more interest in and for my suggestion,

I would suggest you to go for MBBS because Btech seems to be very common these days while MBBS is still in demand.

MBBS doctors have opportunity to work in both government as well as private hospitals.

Indian doctors have a very huge demand in most of the developed  countries like USA,UK,AUSTRALIA,SINGAPORE and middle east countries.

But for this you need to be a specialist in some of the field only MBBS wont work.

Great to listen that you interest in both. But interest only does not matter,  the field in which you have relevant knowledge should be your choice. The subjects which you are capable to do should be prefered. Mbbs is about mediacal field and engineering is btech. Since you have interest in both, go for the one which you are good at when compared. Hope you are clear with it.
