Dear Aspirant,
No good government college for engineering gives admission directly on the basis of your +2 marks. Also, most of the good private engineering colleges also have their separate entrance examination like UPSEE, BITSAT, SRMJEE, etc. However, many good private colleges are also there which have a higher fee but no entrance examination. Those colleges have management seats on which you could take admission directly.
Moreover, they might give you a concession depending upon your marks in +2, but +2 marks are not the criteria for admission in those colleges.
Also, DU gives admission om the basis of +2 marks in their BSc courses. They have BSc courses in several engineering trades also, however, the cutoff of such colleges is more than 95% for a General Candidate.
