You have around a month or should we say much less than that. to be honest, one month time is a quite short duration to cover physics along with all the other subjects that you have.
So these lectures with simple language will help you prepare well and build up your base. Focus on gaining knowledge and understanding the concepts. Read the NCERT textbook really well.
You must also try to concentrate on some scoring topics to score more overall. Optics, Electricity, and Magnetism are some of the topics which are like that.
Kinematics and Particle dynamics are very important topics of Mechanics that make a regular appearance in the JEE papers.
Thermodynamics is important from the terms of both Physics and Chemistry so concentrate on that as well.
Go through previous year question papers and sample papers to get familiar with the type of questions usually asked in JEE.
