Dear student,

There is no direct job after you pass you JEE exam. JEE exams are the entrance exam for various engineering colleges of India including NITs and IITs.

By securing a good rank in JEE Main, you can get National Institute of Technology and by securing a good rank in JEE advanced, you can get Indian Institute of Technology. Please note that these are not only two types of institute you can get from JEE Main and JEE Advanced, there are many private and state level engineering colleges which considers JEE Main and JEE Advanced as their way of admission.

You should also know that you have to score a minimum cutoff in JEE Main to be eligible for JEE Advanced.

Now as you asked what jobs one can get after passing JEE exams, you will have to go to engineering colleges, there you will do a engineering by opting any branch, and then you will get the job in the field of your branch. Obviously, you will become an engineer.
