The Mcom or say Masters in commerce is a post graduate degree. It is basically done for specialisation in one of the fields. The students who want go in the field of research or doctorate can pursue Mcom. Some of the fields where the Mcom graduates can work are Banking and Finance, Auditing, Accounting etc. Even the Mcom graduates can also apply for the Govt jobs as some of them requires a post graduate degree.
