Dear student,

You should attach a photograph that has your name on it and also the date on which it has been captured.

Though it is not hard and fast rule but the page number 31 of  NEET 2021 information sheet suggests that the photo of the candidate should be clicked on or after 01-01-2021 and preferably , mentioning the name and date of photograph on the photograph.
