Usually the entrance exam for geology Master's degree is based on subjective and objectives type questions. To be precise i would say you should concentrate on these topics

Economic Geology

Geomorphology

Mineralogy

Petrology

The Planet Earth

All in all there are negative marking for almost all entrance test so I would advise you to concentrate on selective topics on which you are good at and score the maximum and qualify
