Railways offer various posts for candidates having ITI certificate such as; group D, technicians, loco pilot etc. But RRB has given out vacancies two consecutive years 2018 and 2019 back to back so, I don't think there would be any vacancy in railways for probably next two or three years. So, I would suggest you to get some more education further if possible or apply in any other department for the mean time.
