After 12th completion, you can choose BSc in physics hons. then after graduation you can do MSc in physics in a domain. Then you can apply for different educational institutions for the a teacher or lecturer job.

Mostly there is no entrance for BSc in small town institutes, if you will study BSc in univeristies then you have to give entrance exam held by the respective university else you will get selected as per the selection criteria of the institute and if you had scored good then you will get an admission for sure.
