Both universities are of the top universities.

Kalasalingam University, established in 1984 located at Virudhunagar is a Grade A accredited by NAAC. It is a UGC approved university. It is a Deemed university and a member of AIU. 

While talking about ICAFI Jaipur, it is a UGC approved private university and a member of AIU established in 2011.

Based on the fees both universities are of the same. Almost 4.8 lakhs will be the tution  fees.

Based on the ratings Kalasalingam university is better than ICAFI and better placements too.

So if you are going for B.Tech I would suggest Kalasalingam university than that of ICAFI.
