Entrance Exam is best in eligibilty for MBA.
Yes, you can do MBA after completion of BSc. As the eligibility criteria for MBA admission is student should be graduate. Any graduate student can apply for the MBA program. There are various specializations are available in MBA which you can opt as per your interest and working profile.

No such besd way. Once you are in final year of graduation you must be well prpeared to appear for MBA entrance exams.

Alternative is students can also take work experience and simultaneously prpeare after graduation for entry into MBa. 

However as fresher you shall have ample time to prepare but with work experience you will have an addded advantage in selecting process for MBA colleges .
