Both the colleges fall under same category.

Dayananda College is the oldest college established in 1979 and one of the autonomous college and intake for ECE is 480.
It's is better in my view

Where as saptagiri college is established in 2009 and private college with intake for ISE is 240.

As per the rating of CAREER360 Dayananda sagar college has higher rating
I will suggest Dayananda sagar college
