First of all you must mention the examination name that in which examination you have secured 54743 rank. Also you must mention your category that groom which category you have secured 54743 rank.
Now assuming that you have given jee mains exam, and secured 54743 rank from general category, then the chances of getting nits is quite difficult.

But if you belong from home state quota then from your general category rank, you can get :-

Otherwise if you belong from other state then from your general category rank, you can not get any nits, in josaa counseling.
Bjt in csab counselling there might be a chance that you can get some of the good nits with this much general rank so, better you try for it.
