You can buy any one of these books for Corporate Laws, B.Com(hons) 2nd semester. These all are very good books. But I personally will recommend Reena Chadha, Sumant Chadha.

R K Bangia is good for students. It is comprehensive and the Act has been compacted according to topics.
The last two texts have a plethora of case laws and it is advisable that those books be referred to only after studying the other books for easy understanding.
