Hello, there is no definite way to determine the best year of your undergraduate degree to prepare for your IELTS exam. However, it makes more sense to start the preparation for your exam approximately six months before your examination date, irrespective of your year of degree. You can choose whether to prepare offline or online according to your schedule.
