Hello supragya, cant say much but for me both seems to be quite equivalent. you can use the last years score, rest is up to you which one to choose from the options that you have.

See the GATE score can be used for 3 years from the year of appearing in the exam. So u can use both of ur marks for fetching the seats in the good colleges like NITs and IITs for pursuing ur higher studies.
But u should be opting the best one of the two and also see the stats which marks would help u to fetch the desired course.
