Greetings, there are a lot of problems a person can face when it comes to adopting ICTs for learning. Below are some of the problems and a little bit of suggestion as to what could be an alternative.
1. Shortage of electricity
We all know as it comes to electricity the power cut-off is more frequent in rural areas than in urban areas.
A solution to that might be using a generator.
2. Funds.
In rural areas most of the people just earn enough to make their ends meet. Schools out there do not have enough funds to get themselves new benches and boards. Installing an well equipped class with ICT needs a good amount of investment. Like in the previous point it also gets difficult for them to get a generator to keep a proper functioning.
Solution to it might be getting funds and asking government for help.
3. Training the teachers.
Hypothetically you over come the above two problems. You need training sessions for the teachers to know how it works.
Solution is government organizes such events and you can include all the teachers from the institution.
4. Network issues.
Rural areas do have bad network and it can sometimes be hectic as you do require internet connection.
Solution is you can ask for better internet connectivity or you can also use the best one that you have.
Hope this helps.
