Hii Miryawar, it's quite a challenge for applying ICT learning and it's tools in a rural elementary school as well quite others. The issues could be accessing in the tools used for imparting education to the students. Moreover, it's a lack of knowledge and time to learn and use well before actually spreading awareness to everyone else. That's because might be a proper training might not have been given to the teachers before time.

Another issue could be very genuine too- it's a network issue that everyone could face in the rural areas. So all in all, the Lack of knowledge and awareness, Network and Technical could be still the major issues in ICT learning.

Solutions to these issues could vary highly upon the teacher's dedication to overcome those. For instance, he/she should give enough time to learn and work hard in devoting time to practise before preaching. About the Network issues, there could be complaints and requests put up for the improvement in the same to nearby network operator.
