Yes, It is possible to change your EWS certificate number you have to follow the steps which I have given in below:

• Click on this webiste https://apeamcet.nic.in/
• Go to the EWS submission by OC candidates
• Submit your  Credentials

(or)

Go to the HLC centre in your district and submit your EWS certificate.
