For NEET UG application, you do not require finger print. Only you need to upload your photograph and signature.
SO there is no problem only make sure that the photograph and signature are uploaded properly in correct format.
Fingerprint (Thumb impression) is used for AIIMS MBBS application and not NEET Ug.
