Due to technical issue from bank side or server problem the transaction couldn't not be processed successfully. In such cases the amount that was deducted will be refunded to the same bank account within 7-10 working days depending on the bank. But for now you have to initiate the payment once again in order to submit the application, if the payment status is not successful then your application will not be considered. If the amount which was deducted earlier is not refunded you can contact the customer service and enquire and they shall assist you in this regard.
