Hello,

I would suggest you to recheck because Date of Birth section is very important part of application form and it is asked in Personal Details section. The format is Month,Date and year. You can fill it accordingly. When you will click the the DOB option, you will see a e-calender beside the space. simply click on that and select/lock manually.
