I know but since my father is no more..why should his pension to be included in EWS ? Will it be a crime if I make one EWS certificate btw even if I show the pension I just miss 6 lakh margin by 40 thousand rupees..pls do tell me the consequences of it. Many advocates are suggesting me that I can hide my father's pension since the criteria for EWS and it's benefit will change every year and it's not like caste certificate..so it is not forged document

Ohk the income limit is 8 lakhs so I will show pension also..since our gross income is less than it..thanks for yr answer anyway..

According to law of Government of India if your family income is below 8 Lakh you are eligible for EWS certificate with some other conditions. As your family income below 8 Lakh you are eligible.

What is commutation amount in pension.

My case is My father current job salary i.e of police is 46 thousand and a monthly pension from previous job as pension as he is ex army man . Of around 20thousand.

That makes it above 800k . Am I eligible ??
