The question is pretty absurd. There are a hell lot of factors that play instrumental on how a person earns after graduation. His passion plays a major role. A doctor if he wants to practice on his own. It may take him time to establish himself based on his abilities.

It is not even a guarantee that a IIT graduate will earn loads of money post graduation.

It majorly depends on his academic and skillful performances.
