The open round is conducted if the seats remain vacant after three rounds of counselling. In open round all candidates will be eligible for JIPMER MBBS counselling whose name will be displayed in the merit list of JIPMER MBBS 2018.This implies that the candidates who have qualified jipmer mbbs 2018 exam will be eligible for the open round and admission will be taken on the basis of merit rank.Same is for AIIMS .
