Who have completed their post graduation degree MD/MS/DNB with 3years junior residency. Any MBBS degree holder with 3years of experience as junior resident in a particular department can also become a senior resident doctor. So this is the senior doctor of any medical college.  But what type of notification you want not cleared in above query dear. Hope you will next time clear your question.
