Dear Student,

You just can't compare these two, they are best at their own but the thing is matter is your interest. Like if your interest is in biology then you can choose PCB after 10th and appear for NEET UG entrance examination for different courses, similarly if your interest is in Math's then you can choose PCM after 10th and appear for the JEE examination. And if you able to grab the seat of IIT or AIIMS according to your field then your are already at the best place whether you have cleared JEE or NEET.

So there is no comparison between these two but the field is different which makes is more superior so go with your interest and you will be able top find the top spot in your respective field,

Best Of Luck!!!

Dear aspirant,

This can't be compared because these two exams are related with two seperate fields that is engineering and medical.

But yes one can compare the level of questions asked in the examination. If I had to consider my personal view in this , I definitely think the level of questions asked in neet examination are a bit on easier as compared to jee questions.

The questions in jee are more of conceptual and in neet we get to see questions of more calculative type.
