If the candidates fall under one of the reserved groups, they must upload a certificate at the time of registration. However, there is a workaround if you do not have the requisite certificate at the time of registration. At the time of registration, you have the option of signing an undertaking stating that you belong to the reserved category and that you will provide the certificate within the specified time frame. You can access the benefits of reserved categories by selecting this option at the time of counselling, where you will be needed to upload the relevant certificate.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, if you belong to any category or caste which falls under O.B.C ( Other Backward Class ) , E.W.S ( Economically Weaker Sections ), S.C ( Scheduled Castes ) , ST ( Scheduled Tribes ) then only you can apply for category certificate. You can get category certificate by visiting it to the nearest tehsil or S.D.M office.
