Hello aspirant,

Those who have not allotted any seat in the first round of allotment will move further for the second round of counseling. Both the candidates who will be allotted and have not allotted can apply for the second round of counseling.

Hiii dear!!!! After the first list of cut offs that the colleges release, they come up with second list of cut offs which are less than the first list and these lists of cut offs go on untill there is no more vacant seats left in the college. So, those students who have acquired the marks of the second cut off list attend the second phase of the medical counselling.
