Integrated courses are generally of 5 years and that is recommended than 6 year course that is individually 4 plus 2 year course.
You save a year. There is nothing majorily a difference.
The course structure remains the same.

Placement are same ???average B.tech student get in cse after M.Tech???

Yes placements are approx the same. Not a major difference. It shall also depend upon your acdemics, organisation you get placed in. skills and knowledge. Whether you do it together or one by one the package difference will not be much.
