engineering is a professional course. which dealt with the technology and how to use it for the sake of nations. on the other hand a b.sc degree in science, physics or chemistry dealt with the theoritical knowledge and mostly proof of many theories. as for astrology and astrophysics these are masters level course. need to do a lot of research, thats why its not considered in engineering. if you take aerospace engineering you may learn a few things about astrology.
