Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that there are various quotas under which of someone has a low income they get admission in that quota. And yes you are right if you want fee reimbursement then you must bring your income certificate and it should fulfill the criteria. If you want to go as a general candidate then you need not to bring that certificate.
