Its true that admission through KCET will cost you much lesser than Comedk.The reason is because COMEDK is also for NON Karnataka candidate for admission in Engineering and Medical colleges in Karnataka.
KCET is conducted by the Karnataka government and the admission is into government colleges.Since everything is related to government, the fees is also low. On the other hand ComedK is conducted by private college associations for admission to only private colleges.
