It's showing due to non availability of seat at your rank. Your rank is low for NITs and IITs. You can try at your top state colleges where you can get seats in top branches of good colleges. you can check predict your college and branch by previous year cut-offs. You can get top states colleges. Don't lose hopes !!

Well, this must be due to not fulfilling the required steps for josaa counselling like:

If in any of the rounds, you get a set then you must submit willingness, upload documents, pay seat-acceptance fee, and you documents must be properly verified within the alloted seat, if any of the steps above is missing then this could be a reason for you not getting permitted in josaa counselling...

But, don't worry, you can apply for CSAB 2020, in a fresh way and very much similar to josaa counselling...

Keep tracking of CSAB registration opening after 7th of November(josaa ends) and be updated through csab.nic.in
