PWD is physically weaker candidates. In this category physically impaired students are there. They work very hard to get their degrees , they have to struggle even for passing in the exam. We might can't imagine their difficulties . Just imagine one who is without legs , eyes . How the student must be studying. Along with that many have financial problems.

So government has kept minimum cut off for jee main. Also this category has lowest fees.
