Pls take help of local administration and also tell your issue to NTA. Perhaps,I advice you to wait for 4-5 days as new guidelines for unlock 4 will come. Metros, International flights, public buses and trains may start running through some extent. Central government already know your all issues so they will definitely work on these. Postponement is no solution and it will not happen for sure. Wait for unlock 4 guidelines.

Riya, as much as we speak on this topic, it is the Centre that has to take a call and the Centre has decided and did announce that it will not postpone neither NEET nor JEE. By September 13th the rules might become less stricter and the public transportation might open as well. At this point in time, all we can do is to hope things fall in place in terns of transportation.

You can use your private transport like scooty , car  or if you don't have your personal vehicle then ask police to help it out .
