Answer is simple, in Kerala the scope of BCVT is less and the demand is not more i.e. less students wish to pursue Bachelor of Cardio Vascular Technology course as their career. Here, the simple principle of economics comes into play that when demand is less the supply should be less, so the seats are less.

In future, if the demand increases than the seats will surely be increased by the colleges.
