Why sikkim manipal cut off rank so high than manipaljaipur

Hello Amrit
The reason why Sikkim Manipal university has higher rank than Jaipur branch because smit is much older College compared to Jaipur.Even Smit is AICTE approved, which gives it a upper hand over Jaipur branch.

I mean to say that cutoff rank for cse in smit  is 41k and for muj, it is 10k

Yaa i know , that is something that college descides among themselves.But even though SMIT seems to be much better compared to Jaipur branch.
