See if you read people's reviews you will obviously go through ups and downs of either of the two colleges. But what even I read is that SKIMS medical college has better placement opportunities than GMC Srinagar and also it has a great campus with good infrastructure. So that's basically my personal opinion. At the end of the day you have to be the smarter one making the perfect choice whichever suits you personally.
